Upload Your Own Print-Ready File

This product is intended for customers who have already created their artwork. By uploading your file, you confirm that it is ready for printing.

Please review the following requirements before placing your order:

• Your artwork must be created at the correct proportions for the banner size you select and order.
• Files should be high resolution. We recommend artwork that is at least 150 DPI at full print size (or designed proportionally at higher resolution for large-format printing).
• All images, logos, and graphics are the customer’s responsibility. We do not improve, recreate, or increase the resolution of low-quality images.
• Text, colors, spelling, and layout should be thoroughly reviewed before uploading. Please proofread your design carefully.
• Keep important text and graphics inside a safe margin from the edges to prevent trimming during production.
• Convert fonts to outlines or embed fonts when possible to avoid font substitution.
• Preferred file formats include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, JPG, and PNG. PDF files with embedded fonts are recommended for the best results.

Image Quality Disclaimer

The quality of your finished banner depends directly on the quality of the file you provide. Images downloaded from websites, screenshots, social media, or small digital photos often do not contain enough resolution for large-format printing and may appear blurry or pixelated when enlarged.

By submitting your artwork, you acknowledge that you are responsible for:

• Image resolution and print quality
• Correct artwork dimensions and scale
• Proper spelling and grammar
• Color selection and overall design

We print your files exactly as submitted and cannot be responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution images, improperly sized artwork, or design errors contained in the uploaded file.
